Special Recall Election

Special Recall Election will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

The candidates for the  One (1) Commissioner seat, with term ending June 2027 are:

David R. Ruth Jr. 
Mark "Spiro" Speirs 
Blake Joseph 

If the incumbent receives the highest number of votes, he shall continue in office. If some person other than the incumbent is elected, the incumbent shall be deemed removed from office and the winner will take their seat at the City Commission meeting on December 15, 2025.  

Absentee Voting begins Monday, November 17 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

Voter Registration Deadline is Monday, November 17, 2025.
