Board of Appeals and Examiners

The Board of Appeals and Examiners conducts hearings and renders decisions regarding appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation of the adopted building code. Members are appointed by the Mayor of Deadwood with consent of the Deadwood City Commission and shall hold office for three-year terms.
