2026 Fee Schedule

                                                                      RESOLUTION 2025-27 
                       A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR USE
                                                                 BY THE CITY OF DEADWOOD 

        WHEREAS, City Ordinances require certain license fees, charges for services, and other designations
to be established by resolution; 

        NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Deadwood hereby establishes the following fees and
other designations effective for the 2026 year, replaces Resolution 2024-27. All utility rates will be effective
January I, 2026. All other rates will be effective upon passing of resolution.
