Boards of Appeals and Examiners

The Boards of Appeals and Examiners conduct hearings and render decisions regarding appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the Building Official and Code Official relative to the application and interpretation of the adopted Building Code and Property Maintenance Code. Members are appointed by the Mayor with consent of the City Commission and shall hold office for three-year terms.
