Cammie Schmidt is a born and raised South Dakota native and moved to Deadwood in 2023, longing for growth, community and a fresh life in the Black Hills. She is the Administrative Assistant for the City of Deadwood Historic Preservation and Planning & Zoning. Cammie operates in a wide variety of projects and duties throughout the City of Deadwood, supports and helps in preserving history and fosters community growth.
